Gentry Alverson

Gentry Alverson is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Talent, Growth Equity at Norwest since June 2025, Gentry focuses on executive talent and value creation for portfolio companies. Prior to this role, Gentry was a Principal at Korn Ferry from December 2020 to May 2025, where expertise was applied in designing organizational structures for clients. Additional experience includes positions as Associate Channel Manager at GoGuardian, Founder and CEO of JAG Entertainment, A&R and Management at Small Giant Records + Management, and Industry Relations & Membership at the Academy of Country Music. Gentry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from UCLA, earned in 2014.
