Yolande Busse

Yolande Busse has over 20 years of work experience in the cosmetics and direct sales industry. Yolande is currently the Senior Director of Sales at Younique Products. Previously, they held positions such as Director of Product Communication & Training at Norwex USA, Senior Marketing & Product Brand Manager at Tupperware Brands, BeautiControl, and Senior Product Brand Manager at Avroy Shlain Cosmetics. Yolande has also worked as a Global Marketing Manager for South Africa at Creative Memories. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for new product development, brand strategies, and marketing plans. Yolande has a strong track record of successfully leading teams and driving brand growth.

Yolande Busse attended the International School of Marketing from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in International Marketing Management with a focus on Marketing and Business Management. Prior to that, they attended Krugersdorp High School in South Africa from 1993 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in International Marketing Management with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Yolande also has a certification in International Marketing Management from the IMM Graduate School.
