Rupert Appleton

Rupert Appleton is a dedicated youth engagement professional with extensive experience in community support, currently serving as Youth Engagement Manager and Premier League Kicks Manager at Norwich City Community Sports Foundation since October 2021. Previously, Rupert worked as a Senior Youth & Engagement Worker at YMCA Norfolk from January 2017 to November 2021, focusing on creating and sustaining projects for young people facing various challenges. Rupert also held the role of Housing Engagement Worker, assisting homeless youth with mental health, education, and employment support. Earlier experience includes roles as a Student Youth Worker at Norwich YFC and a Gap Year Student at Tunbridge Wells YFC. Rupert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Youth Work, Community’s & Practical Theology from Ridley Hall Cambridge, completing studies in 2017 after a foundational education at Bennett Memorial Diocesan School.
