Dani Neal

Dani Neal is a seasoned professional in procurement and biodiversity, currently serving as a Procurement Business Partner at Norwich City Council since July 2020, with prior roles as Procurement Officer and Projects Officer. Dani also leads the Membership and Events Committee at the Norfolk and Norwich Naturalist Society until August 2025. Experience includes a position as Assistant Projects Officer at Norfolk County Council and a series of roles at the University of East Anglia, where Dani earned both the UEA Silver and Bronze Awards for extensive extracurricular engagement. A background in biodiversity is highlighted by roles with Norfolk Biodiversity Information Service as a Biodiversity Technician and Record Centre Assistant, alongside an internship at The Forum Norwich as a Science Festival Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator. Dani holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of East Anglia, complemented by practical skills developed during a Biodiversity Year in Industry placement.
