Emily Yule

Emily Yule serves as the Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director of Resources at Norwich City Council since April 2024, following a strategic role as Strategic Director (Deputy Chief Executive) at Rochford District Council and Brentwood Borough Council. Prior to these positions, Emily was involved in electoral administration and governance as a Trainer for the Association of Electoral Administrators and as Assistant Director and Monitoring Officer for Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils, overseeing various strategic initiatives and statutory responsibilities. Previous roles include Assistant Operations Manager at Ipswich Borough Council and Democratic and Business Support Team Leader at Stowmarket Town Council. Emily holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Keele University.
