Helen Chamberlin

Helen Chamberlin is currently the Head of Strategy Engagement and Culture at Norwich City Council. Prior to this role, she held various positions including Deputy Director, Strategy, Planning and Projects at HM Treasury. Helen also worked as an International Engagement Consultant at The British Museum and Deputy Director; Strategy at the Department for Education. She started her career at HM Treasury as a Private Secretary to the Permanent Secretary and held various senior policy advisor and policy advisor roles there. Helen's experience includes roles such as Senior Financial Stability Advisory and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Tesco.
