Paul Gooch

Paul Gooch has extensive experience in application and product management, currently serving as the Application and Product Manager at Norwich City Council since April 2012, after transitioning from Steria and subsequently LGSS. Prior to this role, Paul Gooch worked at Steria from September 1994 to April 2012 as a Contract Support & Applications Manager and SAP Project Manager, overseeing support and major developments of SAP systems for public sector organizations. Paul Gooch began the career as a Cobol Programmer at Eastern Electricity from October 1988 to August 1994, focusing on the support and development of in-house systems. Educational background includes attendance at Northgate High School from 1978 to 1985 and Sidegate Lane Primary School from 1971 to 1978.
