Steven Cleveland

Steven Cleveland is an accomplished professional in the field of building surveying and asset management, currently serving as Stock Investment Manager (Housing) and Building Surveying Section Lead at Norwich City Council since April 2022. Prior to this role, Steven held various positions at NPS Norwich Limited, including Building Surveying Section Leader and Senior Building Surveyor. Steven's career at Norwich City Council began in 2004 as a Senior Asset Management Surveyor, where responsibilities included surveying and appraising properties within a substantial housing stock and developing upgrade work programs.
