Colleen A Caulfield

Colleen A Caulfield currently serves as the Head of Department for Career and Technical Education at Norwich Free Academy, a position held since July 2023, while also facilitating the New Hire Orientation for the Summer Compass Program at General Dynamics Electric Boat since June 2024. A dedicated educator since August 2002, Colleen has contributed to various professional committees and as an English teacher in multiple subjects including public speaking and literature for grades nine to twelve. Colleen's extensive experience includes roles such as Educational Testing Services Test Center Supervisor, overseeing SAT testing procedures, and as an Administrative Intern, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance student achievement. Colleen holds a Sixth Year Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Sacred Heart University, a Master of Science in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Southern Connecticut State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and Journalism from the University of Connecticut.
