Jim Ondrako

Jim Ondrako is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Cost Accounting Manager at Norwich Pharmaceuticals since November 2009. In this role, Jim oversees a team and ensures accurate tracking of variances, cost, and profit center ledgers in SAP, conducting monthly reporting on gross margins, labor, and material variances. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Senior Program Accountant at BAE Systems from December 2003 to October 2009, where responsibilities included managing all financial aspects of a joint venture, overseeing accounting functions and reporting. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University from 1990 to 1992, having previously attended SUNY Oneonta from 1988 to 1990.
