Edward Juarbe

Edward Juarbe, GISP, is an experienced Senior GIS Analyst at Norwich Public Utilities, a position held since April 2005. Prior to this role, Edward served as a GIS Technician at Fuss & O'Neill from April 2000 to April 2004. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Eastern Connecticut State University, obtained between 2005 and 2013, and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Forestry/Surveying from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, where studies occurred from 1994 to 1995.
