David is CEO at Anglia Innovation Partnership LLP, the force behind the Norwich Research Park. A highly proficient leader of transformational change, he has considerable experience working with the science, research and innovation sectors, having led some of the largest investments in these sectors in recent years.

With an unwavering aspiration for each generation to provide a better future for those who come after, he has been pivotal in creating a number of significant UK research and innovation campuses including Babraham, Rothamsted, Aberystwyth, and the NRP enabling a clear path for science to deliver tangible benefits for social and economic good.
