Jonathan Barnard

Jonathan joined Anglia Innovation Partnership LLP in 2012 and is a chartered surveyor with over 23 years of experience dealing with the asset management of commercial property. Jonathan is responsible for the letting of the Park’s existing property portfolio totalling 10,000 sq. m together with marketing, sale and development of the Park’s 22 hectares of expansion and development land.

Prior to this Jonathan was an asset manager for local property for nine years and dealt with a portfolio of commercial office, retail and industrial business spread across England and in Paris, France, where he was responsible for service charge budgets and reconciliation work, asset management , acquisitions, disposals and development work. Jonathan also worked for nine years as a fund manager for both Royal London Asset Management and Lothbury Property Trust dealing with the management, development, acquisition and disposal of commercial property across the UK.
