William Croston

William Croston serves as the Director of International Programme at Norwich School since September 1993, overseeing the recruitment and care of international pupils while presenting on UK education to diverse audiences. Past roles include University Counsellor, where William provided guidance on university choices and entry requirements, and International Pupils committee member, assisting with university applications to Hong Kong and Canada. As Head of Examination Centre, responsibilities included managing GCSE and A Level examinations alongside a team, while prior roles involved teaching French and German and serving as a HE Adviser and Careers Master for upper-year students. Earlier experience includes teaching conversational English and British culture at Liechtensteinisches Gymnasium from 1991 to 1992. William holds a BA in Modern Languages from the University of East Anglia, completed in 1991.
