James Dunkelman currently serves as an Advisor in Financial Affairs and Interim Vice President for Administration and Finance at Norwich University since January 2023. In addition, James provides consulting services to a non-profit organization. Prior to these roles, James held the position of Vice President for Finance and Administration at Whittier College from December 2008 to December 2022 and served as Vice President/Treasurer at Claremont University Consortium from February 1992 to December 2008. Earlier in the career, James was an Audit Supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand from January 1987 to February 1992. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an Accounting Option from California State University, Los Angeles, and has additional education from Claremont Graduate University.
