Dr. Ciminy St. Clair has a diverse work experience. Dr. Ciminy currently serves as the President for the Pennsylvania Association for Gifted Education since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at the same organization from July 2019 to October 2022. Dr. St. Clair also worked as a Teacher at Norwin School District starting in August 2005, and they held the role of Norwin Education Association Vice President since August 2019. Additionally, they have been a PAGE Board Member for the Pennsylvania Association of Gifted Education since July 2017. In 2020, Dr. St. Clair joined Norwin School District as a Second, Fourth, and Fifth Grade Science Teacher for Westmoreland Intermediate Unit Online Academy.

Dr. Ciminy also holds a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Gannon University. Dr. St. Clair completed their Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at Penn State University. The specific dates for their Master's and Bachelor's degrees are not provided.
