Will Postlethwaite currently serves as the Assistant Golf Professional at Norwood Hills Country Club since August 2023 and has concurrently held the position of Assistant Golf Coach at McKendree University since March 2019. Additionally, Will Postlethwaite worked as a Director of Golf at Between The Lines from June 2022 to August 2023, and served as a Financial Analyst Intern at Express Specialty Pharmacy during the summer of 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Shop Assistant at Carlisle Golf Club from May 2015 to August 2017. Will Postlethwaite holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business as well as Bachelor's degrees in Economics & Finance and Management from McKendree University, where studies were completed between 2017 and 2022.

Norwood Hills Country Club was founded in 1922 as North Hills Country Club and has proven to be a staple in St Louis Golf. Norwood Hills has hosted many prestigious golf events over the years, including the 1948 PGA Championship (won by Ben Hogan), The St Louis Open in 1972 and 1973, along with numerous USGA and MWGA events.
