Justin Satterfield

Justin Satterfield is currently the Founder and CEO of Norwood Promotional Products, LLC. Prior to this, they were a Business Development Manager, HIM at Addison Group from October 2014 to July 2016. With Addison, Justin quickly rose to the top 4% of performers across all industries nation-wide. Justin was also the 3rd highest client facing performer within Addison Healthcare. During their time there, they created all new business with over 150 hospitals and 5 consulting groups across 27 states. When they left Addison, they were their top performing HIM Business Development Manager.

Before Addison, Justin was a recruiter at Rekruiters from May 2013 to September 2014.

Justin Satterfield's educational career consists of a Bachelor's Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Arkansas, as well as a degree in Organizational Leadership from Vancouver Island University.
