Pete Owlett

Pete Owlett is an experienced data science leader currently serving as the Head of Data Science at Nory since February 2025. Previously, Pete held positions including Head of Data at Deel IT from October 2023 to January 2025, and Head of Data Science at Bother from August 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included setting the company-wide data strategy and building a team of data professionals. Prior experience includes roles as Machine Learning Engineer at Thread, Founding Data Scientist at Deliveroo, and Head of Data Science at Capgemini, where Pete established Capgemini UK's Data Science business. Additional roles include Data Science Consultant at KPMG Advisory, Data Analytics Consultant at TRL, and Analyst at Dstl. Pete Owlett holds a degree in Physics with Astronomy and Computational Astrophysics from Durham University.
