William O'Reilly is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. William began their career in 2013 as the Founder of My Best Self, where they developed a successful positive psychology campaign, blog content and delivered workshops for a range of professional and community organisations. In 2014, they were an Intern at the American Chemistry Council, where they researched and wrote articles for the member website, compiled reports on energy, political landscape and top industries for states important to member panel, and completed clerical work. William was also an Intern with the Washington Ireland Program Class of 2014, where they were selected as one of 30 from 420 applicants and completed an intensive leadership development program in Washington D.C. Additionally, they were a Team Leader for Smart People, Smart Economy, where they were responsible for a group of 8 young leaders in their early 20's and delivered leadership workshops, coordinated site visits and facilitated the development of a group project. William O'Reilly was also an Assistant Language Teacher in 3 senior high schools and 1 special needs school in Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture from 2015 to 2018, where they developed and delivered lessons in cooperation with Japanese English teachers, and prepared students for English proficiency tests and speech contests. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Business Development Executive at Pointy, where they qualified, pitched and closed outbound and inbound leads, and generated new partnerships with retail organisations. Most recently, William O'Reilly has been an Operations Manager and Founder's Associate at Nory since 2021.

William O'Reilly attended De la Salle College Wicklow Town from 2005 to 2011 and then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Psychology at Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology from 2011 to 2015.
