Geert Hofman

Geert Hofman has a diverse work experience in finance and management. Geert started their career at Reed Elsevier as an Accountant IAD from 1989 to 1994. Geert then worked at Nederlandse Dagbladunie as the Head of Finance for one year before joining PCM Uitgevers. At PCM Uitgevers, they held various roles including Concerncontroller and Intern Consultant. In 2001, they became the Financial Deputy Director at PCM Dagbladen until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they served as the Financial Director at AD NieuwsMedia. Geert then worked as a Senior Controller M&A at PCM Uitgevers in 2006. Geert Hofman joined NOS in 2007 as the Business Director/CFO. Apart from their role at NOS, they also became a board member of Pensioenfonds PNO Media and Werkgeversvereniging voor de Media in 2009. In 2013, they became the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Stichting Contractspelersfonds KNVB.

Geert Hofman completed their education history as follows: From 1983 to 1991, they attended NIVRA registeraccount, where they obtained a degree in RA with a focus on Economics. Prior to that, they attended RSG from 1976 to 1982 for their vwo education, though they did not obtain a specific degree.
