Leonor Urceira

Customer Experience & Operations Leader

Leonor Urceira is an experienced professional in change management and customer experience, currently holding a position at NOS SGPS since September 2017, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects and monitoring omnichannel customer experiences.
