Paulo Bessa

Paulo Bessa has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Development at Business Solutions for NOS SGPS since June 2014. Previous roles include Senior Manager positions in B2B Product Development and Customer Experience, as well as experience in prospects relationship management at ZON OPTIMUS. Notable past positions also include Customer Experience & Loyalty Manager and Internet of Things Product Manager at Optimus. Paulo's career began at Sonaecom as Program and Technology Group Manager, and earlier roles at Optimus included Services Group Manager and Technical Information Systems Manager. Paulo holds a degree in Telecommunications and Computers from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
