Rafael Machado

Rafael Machado has gained valuable experience in the fields of finance, accounting, and project management through various roles. At PwC Portugal, Rafael worked as a Tax Reporting & Strategy Trainee, focusing on an accounting back-office project for a major used car marketplace. Subsequently, Rafael joined NOS, first as a trainee in Development and Projects, where responsibilities included preparing business cases, monitoring data collection projects, and developing a roaming tariff simulator. In another NOS role within B2B Product Management, Rafael contributed to the analysis of SIM and eSIM provisioning processes and assisted in the design of corporate mobile plans. Currently, Rafael is involved in the Development team, conducting a logistics process survey and coordinating project presentations. Academically, Rafael is pursuing an MSc in Management of Services & Technology at ISCTE Business School, building on previous degrees in management and social economic sciences.
