Ricardo Alves is an experienced marketing professional with a focus on customer acquisition and digital growth, currently serving as Head of Marketing at NOS SGPS since September 2014. Throughout this tenure, Ricardo has led diverse marketing and data science teams, implementing strategies to enhance customer lifetime value for 1.5 million household clients.
