Todd Henricks

Todd Henricks is an experienced instrument technician currently employed at NOSHOK, Inc. since October 2018, specializing in gauge manufacturing, certified calibrations, production, warehouse management, and lab maintenance. Prior to this role, Todd served as a service manager at MINI of Cleveland from December 2016 to November 2018, focusing on customer service excellence. Earlier experiences include working as a technician at Steinels Autowerks, where a passion for the Porsche brand developed, and at Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted, where formal training in automotive technology was acquired while attending Ohio Technical College. Todd holds a Master of Technology degree in Complete Automotive from Ohio Technical College, completed in 2014, and a high school diploma from Rocky River High School, earned in 2010.
