Previous roles include Creative Director positions at Strategy Creative and Toast Creative Pty Ltd, and Co-Founder & Creative Director at Derringer Design Agency, where expertise was applied to notable clients such as Oculus, MYOB, and AstraZeneca. Crossman has also held various creative positions at Murdoch Books, RCD, and Impress Design Sydney, accumulating a diverse portfolio across print, digital, packaging, and environmental design. Reuben Crossman earned a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications from Victoria University of Wellington, further underscoring a strong foundation in graphic design.
