Frank Pinero

Frank Pinero has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Frank is currently a Co-Founder of Cybercade, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the President of On Air Parking starting in February 2022.

From August 2020 to February 2022, Frank worked as a Growth professional at Promise, a payments platform that assists individuals in managing civic debts. Frank played a key role in helping people meet their financial obligations.

Before joining Promise, Frank was the CFO and Head of Revenue & Finance at Barnacle Parking (ITSA Solutions LLC) from September 2017 to July 2020. Additionally, they co-founded Return API in August 2017, which provided data and APIs for customized tax applications until December 2018.

Frank also served as the VP of Business & Corporate Development at TaxACT from December 2012 to July 2017. Frank played an instrumental role in driving the company's growth and development. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at the National Park Service from September 2010 to December 2012.

In earlier roles, Frank held executive positions such as Senior Vice President & Director of Business Development at Sequoia from January 2009 to March 2010. Frank also served as Partner & SVP of Business Development at Six Seasons Global Asset Management from June 2005 to December 2008.

Frank's career began in 2002 when they served as the VP of Sales at Natixis Investment Managers, specifically with Active Index Advisors. Frank'srole involved pioneering the concept and delivery of Index Based Separately Managed Accounts for the mass affluent market.
