Chip served as a Marketing Associate for several product lines, including Coffee-mate Natural Bliss and Nestle Nesquik, where they were responsible for brand strategy, annual planning, advertising communication, and new product development. Chip also had sales responsibilities as a National Account Manager for Safeway, managing sales strategy and execution for Nestle's PowerBar, Confections, and Infant Formula portfolio.

Chip's career began with a summer internship at Deutsche Bank in Private Wealth Management, where they focused on developing strategies for high net worth clients.
