Brendan MacAulay

Brendan Macaulay is a trial lawyer and partner at Nossaman LLP, where Brendan has specialized in real estate and complex commercial litigation in California's state and federal courts since 2001. Macaulay’s client portfolio includes a diverse range of stakeholders such as publicly traded companies, small business owners, developers, landlords, tenants, and municipal entities. Prior to this role, Macaulay served as a senior litigation associate at Lurie & Zepeda from 1995 to 2000, handling complex litigation matters, and as a litigation associate at Kane & O'Brien from 1993 to 1995. In addition, Macaulay instructed legal research and writing and moot court at UC Hastings College of Law during the early 2000s. Macaulay earned a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Latin American Studies from Whittier College.
