Brian Ferrasci-O'Malley

Brian Ferrasci-O'Malley is a partner at Nossaman LLP, specializing in transactional work and litigation matters since March 2018. Prior to this role, Brian served as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Interior, managing natural resource damage cases and collaborating with various governmental partners. Additional experience includes a position as a Contract Staff Attorney at Greenpeace, an Associate at Marten Law PLLC focusing on environmental litigation, and an Environmental Markets Intern at American Farmland Trust. Earlier career roles span project administration and coordination of grant programs related to conservation and environmental restoration. Brian holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law, a Master’s in Environmental Studies from the University of Montana, and a dual Bachelor's degree in Biology and Music from Boston College.
