Courtney Krause

Courtney Krause is a Partner at Nossaman LLP, specializing in the Public Pensions and Investments Practice Group as well as the Real Estate Practice Group since October 2014. In this role, Courtney advises clients on various investment and real estate-related transactional matters. Previously, as an Attorney at Brown, Gee & Wenger from January 2012 to October 2014, Courtney engaged in transactional, corporate, and litigation work, with a focus on real estate transactions, including purchase agreements and corporate entity formation. Earlier experience includes a Summer Legal Internship at BioMarin, where Courtney reviewed and summarized corporate contracts and conducted due diligence, and a position as a Protein Analytical Chemistry Research Assistant at Genentech. Courtney holds a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Washington.
