David Lee

David Lee is a seasoned attorney with extensive expertise in complex business and corporate litigation, including trademark infringement, internet domain name disputes, contract litigation, real estate nondisclosure cases, and partnership disputes. Currently a partner at Nossaman LLP since June 2017, David previously held similar positions at Michelman & Robinson, LLP, and Fitzgerald Abbott & Beardsley, where David also chaired the Litigation Department. David's legal career began as an attorney at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Davis. In addition to litigation, David provides risk management and general counsel advice for start-ups and growing companies.
