John Kennedy

John Kennedy has served as a partner at Nossaman LLP since 1996, specializing in litigation and employment law. In this role, John Kennedy presents annually on new employment law statutes and cases and provides training focused on sexual harassment prevention for employers and their staff. Prior to joining Nossaman LLP, John Kennedy was an associate at Hopkins & Carley from August 1988 to June 1994, where the focus was on business litigation. John Kennedy holds a J.D. with distinction from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law (1985-1988) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Public Service from the University of California, Davis (1980-1984).
