Lloyd Pellman

Lloyd Pellman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in municipal law, governmental litigation, land use, and mediation. Currently a Partner at Nossaman LLP since 2005, Lloyd previously served as the ninth County Counsel for Los Angeles County from August 1998 to March 2004. Lloyd holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science in Education from The Ohio State University.
