Rebecca Hays Barho

Rebecca Hays Barho serves as a Partner at Nossaman LLP, a position held since 2015, focusing on federal natural resource law, including key statutes such as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Endangered Species Act (ESA). In this role, Rebecca has provided guidance to state and local governments on NEPA processes for significant infrastructure projects and has been actively involved in the development and consultation of habitat conservation plans. Prior to joining Nossaman LLP, Rebecca worked as an Associate at Sedgwick LLP from 2012 to 2015 and at Smith | Robertson LLP from 2006 to 2012. Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University School of Law (2006) and a degree in Public Relations from Baylor University.
