Rick Rayl

Rick Rayl is a Partner at Nossaman LLP, where the legal practice focuses on real estate litigation, primarily in the areas of eminent domain, inverse condemnation, and real estate valuation disputes. Additional expertise includes advising developers and property owners on land use entitlement disputes, lease disputes, property damage disputes, and other real property claims. Prior to joining Nossaman LLP in August 1994, Rick Rayl worked as a Print Technician at Page One Digital from January 1987 to August 1991. Rick Rayl earned a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law (1991-1994) and a B.A. in Social Ecology, graduating Magna Cum Laude from UC Irvine (1989-1991). Education also includes attending University High School in Irvine (1983-1987).
