Yuliya Oryol

Yuliya Oryol serves as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Public Pensions and Investments Practice Group at Nossaman LLP, bringing nearly two decades of experience in representing institutional investors and government agencies on various investment, corporate, and real estate matters since joining the firm in May 1999. Prior to Nossaman LLP, Yuliya Oryol worked as a Senior Foreign Legal Consultant at Yoon Yang Kim Shin & Yu from October 2000 to January 2004, where representation focused on American, Asian, and European clients engaged in business across South Korea, the United States, and Europe. Earlier professional experience includes serving as an Associate at Kelly Gill Sherburne & Herrera, specializing in regulatory and transactional commercial maritime law from December 1996 to May 1999. Yuliya Oryol obtained a Jurist Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1996 and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA in 1993.
