Carissa Clift

Carissa Clift currently works as a Quality Control Chemist at Nostrum Laboratories, Inc. since July 2018. Prior experience includes a summer internship as a Researcher at ACT Solutions Corp in 2017, where a project focused on Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Deviation theory aimed at enhancing surfactant selection for the cosmetic industry. Carissa also served as a Chemistry Tutor at The University of Toledo from 2015 to 2016, providing support to students in introductory chemistry through explanations, reviews, and grading. Carissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with a focus on Cosmetic Science and Formulation Design from The University of Toledo, obtained in 2018.
