Martin Cocker

Mr Cocker was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 16 November 2017 and then as interim Chief Financial Officer on 1 April 2020. He was redesignated as an independent Non-Executive Director on 30 August 2021. Mr Cocker is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years’ business experience. He has held several line management, project leader and CEO level positions with Deloitte & Touche, KPMG, Ernst & Young and Amerada Hess. He is currently also a Director of JEC Property Management Limited. He was previously an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Etalon Group PLC, HeadHunter Group PLC and TCS Group Holdings PLC.
