Eleanor Cousins Brown currently serves as an Assistant Editor at Nosy Crow, following roles as Editorial Assistant and Publishing Intern, where responsibilities included providing administrative support to editorial and rights departments. Previous experience includes working as a Freelance Reader for London Literary Scouting, creating synopses and assessments of upcoming American fiction. Eleanor also held the position of Deputy Editor In Chief and Fiction Director at The Isis Magazine, overseeing editorial processes and managing the fiction team. As Marketing Director for the Oxford University Dramatic Society, Eleanor executed a comprehensive marketing plan for a student production while also producing two additional student productions. Eleanor holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
