Chandrasekharan Ramakrishnan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner at a Not for Profit organization since May 2019, Chandrasekharan provides consultancy in accounting and marketing, focusing on clients in Melbourne and the Middle East. Previously, as CEO of ASAAT from November 1992 to March 2013, Chandrasekharan drove revenue growth and established the company as a leading player in its segment. Other roles at ASAAT included General Manager and Chief Accountant, where Chandrasekharan led financial improvements in a loss-making unit, and Finance Manager, overseeing key financial processes. Prior experience at VST Industries Limited as Finance Manager included managing accounting teams, budget preparations, and payroll for a large workforce. Provide overall vision and leadership in growing the programs and participation within a Faith based NGO community. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Selecting and working with new board members, Program selection and management, Development/Fundraising to include: Annual Golf Tournament(s) Super Bowl Parties, Oktoberfest Activities, St. Patrick’s Day Dinner Party, Retreats, Silent Auctions, Major Gift Solicitation, and more -The funds raised provided support for our fallen military and their families; helped feed the hungry in our community, and provided struggling families partial scholarships for education and books -Raised Operational Funding for Edmund Rice School/Barry University Transferrable: Develop appropriate cultivation strategies, including working with volunteers - Move potential donors in an appropriate and timely fashion toward solicitation and closure - Make solicitations when appropriate - Maintain stewardship contacts with donors; adhere to the highest ethical standards; demonstrate empathetic disposition, and perseverance; reflect optimistic and positive attitude, and convey sensitivity to needs of the donor
