Charlotte's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. Provide overall vision and leadership in growing the programs and participation within a Faith based NGO community. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Selecting and working with new board members, Program selection and management, Development/Fundraising to include: Annual Golf Tournament(s) Super Bowl Parties, Oktoberfest Activities, St. Patrick’s Day Dinner Party, Retreats, Silent Auctions, Major Gift Solicitation, and more -The funds raised provided support for our fallen military and their families; helped feed the hungry in our community, and provided struggling families partial scholarships for education and books -Raised Operational Funding for Edmund Rice School/Barry University Transferrable: Develop appropriate cultivation strategies, including working with volunteers - Move potential donors in an appropriate and timely fashion toward solicitation and closure - Make solicitations when appropriate - Maintain stewardship contacts with donors; adhere to the highest ethical standards; demonstrate empathetic disposition, and perseverance; reflect optimistic and positive attitude, and convey sensitivity to needs of the donor
