Molly McVeigh is a seasoned Payroll Specialist with extensive experience in payroll management, currently serving at a Not for Profit organization since January 2021 and previously at Addus HomeCare from February 2016 to November 2019. Prior to that role, Molly worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Cablevision. Early in their career, Molly held the position of Senior Lifeguard at Sayville Yacht Club, where supervision and training of a team of ten lifeguards, as well as compliance with health standards, were key responsibilities. Additionally, Molly was a Midshipman and Plans Officer at SUNY Maritime Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps Unit from 2011 to 2014, managing training for 178 students and coordinating events that generated significant fundraising. Molly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Information Sciences from Fordham University in 2014.

Provide overall vision and leadership in growing the programs and participation within a Faith based NGO community. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Selecting and working with new board members, Program selection and management, Development/Fundraising to include: Annual Golf Tournament(s) Super Bowl Parties, Oktoberfest Activities, St. Patrick’s Day Dinner Party, Retreats, Silent Auctions, Major Gift Solicitation, and more -The funds raised provided support for our fallen military and their families; helped feed the hungry in our community, and provided struggling families partial scholarships for education and books -Raised Operational Funding for Edmund Rice School/Barry University Transferrable: Develop appropriate cultivation strategies, including working with volunteers - Move potential donors in an appropriate and timely fashion toward solicitation and closure - Make solicitations when appropriate - Maintain stewardship contacts with donors; adhere to the highest ethical standards; demonstrate empathetic disposition, and perseverance; reflect optimistic and positive attitude, and convey sensitivity to needs of the donor
