Richard Rainwater

Richard Rainwater is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community service and military operations. Currently serving as an Independent Community Volunteer since March 2019, Richard provides residential maintenance and repair services to assist financially struggling and elderly homeowners. From May 2006 to June 2021, Richard held the position of Plans and Operations NCO in the Tennessee Army National Guard, advising senior leaders and supporting civil authorities during emergency management incidents, while also driving process improvements across multiple business units. Previously, Richard worked as a Human Resources Assistant (Military) and Joint Operations Center Technician for the United States Department of Defense, managing employee medical and payroll operations and advising on military support activities. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University, completed in March 2018.
