Andres Navarro Cadavid

Andres Navarro, PhD., is a dedicated researcher in telecommunications. His activity and outstanding leadership in i2T Research group at Universidad ICESI, as well as his work and active participation in IEEE, have made Dr. Navarro one of the most renowned Latin-American researchers in the field of radio frequencies, radio propagation, and radio spectrum planning.
