Evan Young, MBA

Evan Young, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Evan currently serves as the VP of Business Strategy at Nota since September 2022. Prior to this, Evan was the Chief Of Staff at Community.com from April 2021 to June 2022.

From August 2020 to April 2021, Evan worked as the Chief of Staff for the Revenue Organization at ServiceTitan. During their time at ServiceTitan, they also held the role of Co-Founder/Co-Chair of BlackTitans, a Diversity Charter/ERG initiative, from May 2019 to October 2020, and worked as a Program Manager from August 2018 to August 2020.

Before their tenure at ServiceTitan, Evan was a Senior Associate and Employee Owner at Point B, an employee-owned management consulting firm. Evan worked in various roles at Point B from September 2013 to August 2018, including Senior Associate, Senior Associate and Employee Owner, and Associate.

Evan's work experience also includes being a Business Manager at FitMenCook from October 2014 to May 2016. Prior to that, they had several roles at Shell Oil Company, including Business Analyst/Test Lead, Project Manager, Risk & Controls Analyst, Business Analyst/Project Manager, and Business Systems Manager Analyst.

Evan began their professional journey as a Summer Intern at Shell Oil Company from May 2001 to August 2005. Throughout their career, Evan has gained expertise in business strategy, operations, project management, and team leadership.

Evan Young, MBA, pursued their education at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they focused on Management & Strategy, Finance, and International Business, ultimately earning their Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2006, Evan attended The University of Texas at Austin where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Evan'sstudies were primarily in the fields of Management Information Systems and Marketing.
