Doug Williams

Doug Williams is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently, Doug serves as the CEO and Founder of Rialtic.io and Melioric, a private investment company, while also advising Notable and chairing the board at Quartet Health. Previously, Doug was the CEO of Cotiviti, having founded iHealth Technologies, which merged with Connolly to create a leading provider in payment integrity services. Doug’s earlier roles included CEO positions at Vivra Specialty Partners, which merged with Magellan Specialty Health, and a variety of leadership roles at Cigna, culminating as Vice President of Sales. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Appalachian State University.
