Gints Kirsteins has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gints has been the CEO and Co-Owner of Notakey since February 2014. Gints was also a Project Manager at SIA C-3PO, where they worked on various projects including call center reorganization and web project acquisition.

Prior to that, Gints held positions at Lattelecom as the Content Business Division Director, Technical Director at Apollo ISP (a subsidiary of Lattelecom), and Network IT Program Director. Gints was responsible for building a profitable content business, improving DSL quality, and implementing IT programs.

Gints began their career at Lattelecom as an IT Project Manager and later served as a Computer Systems Analyst.

Gints Kirsteins completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Latvia University between 1991 and 2000.
