Gints Kirsteins

Gints Kirsteins has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gints has been the CEO and Co-Owner of Notakey since February 2014. Gints also served as the Co-Owner and CEO of E-Management SIA, where they were responsible for relationship management with partners and acquiring new contracts and businesses. Gints was the Owner of C-3PO, a consultancy in web, IT, and telecommunications.

Before that, they were a Member of the Management Board (COO) at Baltcom TV, where they focused on improving IT systems, implementing business intelligence projects, and restructuring the IP network architecture. Gints also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at airBaltic.

Gints gained experience as a Board member at Latvian State Radio and Television Center, where they managed a merger with another company, implemented changes in company management structure, and developed new business strategies. Gints was also a Project Manager at SIA C-3PO, where they worked on various projects including call center reorganization and web project acquisition.

Prior to that, Gints held positions at Lattelecom as the Content Business Division Director, Technical Director at Apollo ISP (a subsidiary of Lattelecom), and Network IT Program Director. Gints was responsible for building a profitable content business, improving DSL quality, and implementing IT programs.

Gints began their career at Lattelecom as an IT Project Manager and later served as a Computer Systems Analyst.

Gints Kirsteins completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Latvia University between 1991 and 2000.
