Elior Cohen has extensive work experience in software development and engineering. Elior started working at Elbit Systems Ltd in 2012 as a Software Engineer, responsible for developing software in various programming languages. In 2016, they became the Engineering Process Tools Site Team Leader, managing a team of 5 employees and overseeing application development and production issues. In 2017, Elior joined Notal Vision as a Software Developer and later became the SW team leader. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Cloud Software Development at Notal Vision.

The Notal Vision Monitoring Center is a remote, Medicare credentialed ophthalmic provider and the epicenter of patient engagement. Led by practicing ophthalmologists and supported by certified ophthalmic professionals, the Monitoring Center offers a comprehensive nationwide age-related macular degeneration (AMD) home monitoring service for referred patients. The ForeseeHome® AMD Monitoring Program helps physicians detect the conversion to wet AMD early, leading to earlier treatment intervention and better visual outcomes. Our Home OCT pipeline technology will provide patient-initiated retinal OCT scans to support the management of patients with neovascular retinal diseases, complementing existing in-office imaging and standard of care treatments as well as emerging longer acting drugs and drug delivery systems.
